The rules of the road.

1. About us

volticpro.co.uk is operated by Voltico Ltd (the “seller”, “we”, “us”), registered in England and Wales under company number 17224558. Registered office: 27 Beverley Close, Normanton, WF6 1BU.

2. Applying these terms

By placing an order you confirm you’re at least 18 and agree to these terms. They apply to all sales through volticpro.co.uk. If anything here is unclear or you’d like a copy, email hello@volticpro.co.uk.

3. Orders

When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy the items in your basket at the prices shown. The contract forms when we accept your order by email. We may refuse an order if stock is incorrect, pricing is obviously wrong, or we suspect fraud; in those cases we’ll refund the payment in full.

Prices are in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout — see our shipping policy for rates and timelines.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. We accept all major debit and credit cards plus wallets supported by Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers.

5. Delivery

Standard items ship from our UK workshop within 48–72 hours. Standard UK delivery arrives 2–4 working days from dispatch. Custom print-on-demand items (see section 6) ship directly from our fulfilment partner Printful and have separate timelines — the product page and order confirmation will tell you which applies.

Risk passes to you when the courier attempts delivery at the address you gave us. Please check the details carefully — we can’t refund parcels lost at an incorrect address.

6. Custom & print-on-demand items

Some custom products (typically apparel that carries an AI-generated design or your own uploaded artwork) are produced by our fulfilment partner Printful. To produce and ship those orders we share your name, delivery address, contact email, item and design with Printful. See our privacy policy for the full list of processors.

Printful’s production lead-time is typically 2–7 working days on top of shipping. You’ll see the combined timeline before you check out.

7. AI design tool

You can generate designs using our AI design tool. By submitting a prompt or reference image you confirm that:

  • You own or have permission to use any image you upload.
  • Your prompt and uploaded image don’t infringe anyone else’s intellectual property, trademark, image rights or privacy.
  • The content does not breach our Acceptable Use Policy — no hate speech, no sexual content, no real people’s likenesses without consent, no protected emblems.
  • You understand the prompt and any reference image are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing (see privacy policy).

We label all AI-generated outputs as such. AI outputs may have weaker copyright protection in some jurisdictions and we make no warranty about their originality or fitness for any particular use beyond the printed garment you’re ordering. We moderate community submissions and may refuse to publish or to print designs that breach the Acceptable Use Policy.

When you publish a design to the public AI Designs gallery, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display the design on the site and to print it for other customers who order it. You can ask us to remove a published design by emailing hello@volticpro.co.uk; we’ll comply within 14 days unless an order containing it is already in production.

8. Right to cancel (distance selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, and return the goods within a further 14 days. Items must be unworn, with original tags.

Personalised and made-to-order items (name, number, custom artwork, AI-generated designs printed onto a garment) are made specifically for you and are excluded from the distance-selling cancellation right under regulation 28(1)(c) — unless the fault is ours.

9. Returns & refunds

Standard (non-personalised) items can be returned within 30 days in unworn condition with tags. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days of receipt. Full details on our returns page.

If an item arrives faulty or incorrectly printed, email hello@volticpro.co.uk with a photo within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund — Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies regardless of whether the item was personalised.

10. Discount codes & loyalty points

Single-use discount codes may be withdrawn or limited at our discretion. Loyalty points have no cash value, can’t be transferred between accounts, and may expire if you haven’t placed an order for 24 months.

11. Account responsibilities

You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that can’t be lawfully excluded. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected. For everything else, our liability is capped at the price you paid for the order in question.

13. Events outside our control

We aren’t liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control (courier strikes, extreme weather, supplier outages, AI provider downtime, etc.). If an event materially delays an order you can cancel for a full refund.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, though if you live elsewhere in the UK you retain the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.

15. Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. The version that applies to your order is the one live on the site when you placed it.
