From workshop to door.

We ship across the United Kingdom and to most of Europe and North America. Available destinations and live rates show at checkout.

• Standard UK delivery — flat £4.50, free on orders over £60. Tracked, 2–4 working days from dispatch. Live rates are shown at checkout.
• Dispatch time (in-house items) — within 48–72 hours of order confirmation. Personalised garments may add 1–2 working days while we print.
• Print-on-demand items via Printful — production takes 2–7 working days, then standard tracked shipping. The product page and your order confirmation will show the combined estimated arrival window.

International rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Transit times depend on the courier and your local customs — usually 5–14 working days. Any local duties, taxes or import fees are payable by the recipient.

You’ll get an email with a tracking link the moment your parcel is collected. If the tracking hasn’t updated for 5+ working days, reply to that email and we’ll chase the courier from our end.

Please double-check the address before paying — risk passes to you when the courier attempts delivery at the address you gave us. We can’t refund parcels lost at an incorrect address. If you spot a typo immediately after ordering, email hello@volticpro.co.uk with the correction; we’ll fix it if the order hasn’t shipped yet.

If the tracking shows delivered but it isn’t with you, check with neighbours and your safe place first, then email us. For visibly damaged parcels, take photos before opening and send them across — we’ll either replace or refund depending on what you’d prefer. Our full liability is set out in our terms.
