Standard items
Anything we sell off-the-shelf — stocked jerseys, gloves, accessories — can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, provided it’s unworn and has its original tags. You also have the statutory 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of the parcel reaching us. We’ll cover return postage if the item arrived faulty; otherwise return postage is at your cost.
Personalised, custom and AI-design items
Items personalised with a name, number, your own artwork, or an AI-generated design are made specifically for you. Under regulation 28(1)(c) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 these are excluded from the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right.
That doesn’t affect your statutory rights if the item arrives faulty, misprinted, or doesn’t match the design preview you approved at checkout — Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies. In that case email hello@volticpro.co.uk with your order number and a clear photo within 30 days and we’ll replace or refund.
How to return something
- Email hello@volticpro.co.uk with your order number and the reason. We’ll reply with a returns address and a reference to put in the parcel.
- Pack the item securely with its original tags. Use a tracked service — we can’t refund parcels we don’t receive.
- Once we’ve checked the item we’ll refund the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you change your mind before we’ve dispatched, email us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel and refund the order. For personalised orders we may already have committed the print, in which case we’ll let you know honestly whether cancellation is still possible.
Your statutory rights
