Acceptable use

What you can — and can’t — design.

Why this exists

Most of what we sell can carry your own artwork, an AI-generated design, or a text personalisation. We need a few rules so we’re not asked to print things we shouldn’t — and so the public AI gallery stays a place riders actually want to spend time.

Don’t submit content that…

  • Infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, design right, image rights or likeness — including team logos, brand marks, sponsor identities or photos of real people without their permission.
  • Contains hate speech, harassment, slurs, or symbols associated with hate or extremist movements.
  • Sexualises a minor in any way, or depicts sexual or graphic violent content.
  • Targets, threatens, or attempts to identify a private individual.
  • Uses protected emblems — Red Cross, Olympic rings, royal arms, military insignia, government identifiers — without lawful authority.
  • Is unlawful in the UK (e.g. content covered by the Online Safety Act 2023).
  • Attempts to manipulate the AI tool through prompt injection, exfiltration or jailbreak techniques.

What you’re confirming when you submit

By submitting a prompt, design or upload you confirm:

  • You own the rights, or have permission, to use the content.
  • The content doesn’t breach the rules above and complies with all applicable UK law.
  • You understand that prompts and reference images are sent to a third-party AI provider for processing (see our privacy policy).
  • You allow us to display the resulting design in your account, and — if you publish it — in the public AI Designs gallery so other customers can order it printed onto their own garment.

What we’ll do

We moderate every community submission before it goes public, and we may refuse to print a design — even one we’ve already approved — if it turns out to breach this policy. Repeated breaches can lead to your account being suspended.

If you spot a design that shouldn’t be on the gallery, use the report button or email hello@volticpro.co.uk and we’ll review.

Takedown requests

If you’re a rights-holder and believe a published design infringes your intellectual property, email hello@volticpro.co.uk with:

  • Your name and contact details (or your representative’s).
  • The design URL or screenshot.
  • A description of the right being infringed and how.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised.

We’ll review and act, typically within 7 working days. We’ll cooperate with court-ordered disclosure where required.
