Q.01How much does personalisation cost?+
Every jersey in our shop can take a custom line — name, number, anything. Lines are £10 each, logos £2 each. No hidden fees, no minimum order.
Q.02How long until my jersey arrives?+
UK orders: 3–5 working days door-to-door. We dispatch within 48 hours of your order landing. International: 7–10 working days. Priority shipping is available at checkout.
Q.03How many characters can I put on the back?+
Up to 10 characters per line. Numbers 0–999. Longer names get scaled to fit — we’ll drop you a preview before print if anything needs adjusting.
Q.04Can I upload my own logo or artwork?+
Yes — send us a print-ready design via the contact form, or build it yourself with our AI jersey designer. Either way, no minimum order.
Q.05What fabric are the jerseys made from?+
100% polyester moisture-wicking fabric, 145gsm. Sublimation-printed so the graphics won’t fade, crack or peel — they’re dyed into the fibre. UV-resistant, quick-drying, machine washable at 30°C.
Q.06What if the size isn’t right?+
Stock (non-personalised) jerseys: 14-day no-questions returns on unworn items, tags on. Personalised jerseys can’t be returned or exchanged once printed — please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Q.07Can I order a matching kit for my whole club?+
Absolutely — order as many or as few as you like, no minimums. Fully custom colourways, club logo, rider names & numbers. Get in touch for a free mock-up and quote.
